The BRM Property Spotlight gives one destination, development, venue, short-term rental, commercial space, or standout property a focused visual feature designed to showcase its atmosphere, experience, and defining details.

Base pricing covers properties up to 3,000 square feet.
Final pricing is based on the property’s square footage and selected enhancements. Properties over 4,000 square feet are quoted individually.

A professionally edited vertical video designed to showcase the property’s strongest features and capture attention across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Filmed during your scheduled Property Media session. Standalone sessions are quoted separately.
On-Camera Feature — $250
Add an owner, property representative, host, or agent to an existing property video with a guided on-camera introduction, key feature callouts, and closing call to action. Includes script development and guided filming. Separate agent-led Reels are quoted individually.
Rush Delivery — 25% of Order Total ($150 Minimum)
Move your listing to market faster with expedited media delivery. Rush service is subject to availability and must be requested and approved before the scheduled session.
Coming Soon Teaser — $150
A 15–20-second teaser designed to build anticipation before the property’s full release.
Open House Promotional Reel — $250
A 15–30-second promotional Reel featuring property footage, open-house details, and a clear invitation to attend. Filmed during the original Listing Launch production session. Separate filming sessions are quoted at the standalone rate.

FAQs
What Is The Turnaround Time?
HDR photography is typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Cinematic property films and other video deliverables are typically completed within 48–72 hours. Rush delivery may be available upon request.
Do You Travel?
Yes. Travel within 25 miles of Birmingham is included. Properties outside that area may require an additional travel fee based on distance. The complete travel fee will be confirmed before the session is scheduled.
Can I Add Services Later?
Yes. Add-ons should be selected before your scheduled session so enough production time can be planned. Requests made after filming depend on the footage already captured and may require an additional session.
Do You Work With All Property Sizes?
Yes. BRM provides Property Media for homes of various sizes, with pricing based on the property’s square footage and selected services. Properties over 4,000 square feet are quoted individually.
