At Frames From AB To You, photography isn’t just about taking pictures—it’s about freezing time, capturing emotions, and making memories last forever. Founded on the belief that every moment deserves to be remembered, my passion for photography comes from the joy of preserving life’s fleeting experiences in a way that feels both personal and timeless.
Policies & Procedures
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your session date and time.
- The remaining balance is due before the session or on the day of the shoot.
- Payment can be made via: cash, card(debit/credit), online invoice, cash app($AJBrooks2001), Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo
(Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.)
2. Rescheduling, Cancellations, & Tardiness
- You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hour notice.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a forfeited deposit.
- No-shows are charged the full session fee.
- An additional $25 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session and times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
3. Turnaround Time
- 7-14 Business Days
- Edited photos varies on how soon you select the images you want edited and which package you have selected.
- Rush delivery (24-48 hours) is available for an additional fee.
4. Client Responsibility
- Please arrive on time and come prepared (outfits, props, poses, etc.).
- Time lost due to lateness will reduce your session duration.
5. Photographer’s Rights
- Photographer retains the copyright to all images.
- Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media unless the client opts out in writing.
6. Image Delivery
- Final images are delivered via a secure online gallery or USB (if requested).
- Raw (unedited) images are not provided.
7. Weather Policy (for outdoor shoots)
- If weather is poor, the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
